2 07-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.
Five live cartridges and some electric detonator were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Submission of the petitioner is that the seizurelist would reveal that the name of the petitioner had been intruded, subsequently, in the column of recovered articles though it is not mentioned in column-2 of the seizure-list. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2016 and the statement of criminal antecedent by the petitioner in para-3 would reveal that the petitioner is accused in trivial nature of cases.

Case No.186 of 2016.
