Case No. 146 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, on the basis of mobile surveillance it was detected that the owner of mobile number 7091231556 was making plan with his 5-6 associates to commit the crime and during investigation it transpired that the petitioner was using the mobile which was in the name of his brother to remain in contact with co-accused Kailash Singh @ Chek Singh the owner of mobile number 7091231556.
