Petitioner is said to have carrying 17 bottles of Royal Stag each containing 750ml for which, petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.08.2016. As per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioner, Chintu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No.358 of 2016.
