By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 10.7.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
