ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail of the Opposite Party granted by this Court by order dated 1.7.2009 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22167 of 2009 in connection with Desari P.S. case No.88 of 2008 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur on the ground that he has committed even more serious offence as is evident from Annexures 3 and 4. On the last occasion notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No.2 but none appears on his behalf.
Having considered the factual aspect, the application is allowed and the bail granted to the Opposite Party is hereby cancelled. The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Opposite Party.
