The informant alleged that on 11.07.2014 the informant got confidential information regarding assemblance of extremists in Devabigha forest. The police team rushed there, but the extremists opened firing on the police personnel. The police resorted to firing. The accused persons fled away. The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons with some 100 to 150 unknown extremists.
It is submitted that nobody identified the petitioner, but

the informant named the petitioner, as one of the extremists. There is no source of information or identification of the extremists. Petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2016 and similarly situated coaccused namely Ganesh Kumar and Guddu Kumar Yadav have already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 42/2014.
