Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be unemployed person and when he appeared for medical examination for the recruitment of Assam Rifle, it was detected that another person had appeared in written examination in place of the petitioner and thereafter, petitioner disclosed that FIR named accused Arvind Singh, after taking Rs 20,000/- from him, appeared in examination in his place.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner does not have any criminal

antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.5.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Kishanganj P.S. Case no. 181/2016.
