2 18-08-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners is facing accusations vide Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered under Sections 376/511 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

On going through the FIR it appears the allegation against the petitioner(s) is that they did not produce his son who had allegedly attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant before the Panchayat.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner(s) above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. in Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2), the code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner(s) shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel their bail bonds.
