3 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be caught with 40 liters toddy but there is nothing in the first information report that the seized Toddy was intoxicated substance.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S.Case No. 60 of 2016.
