3 13-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he ravished a minor girl aged about 16 years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the

same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
