4 28-06-2016 On call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either
to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. On
examining the order sheet it appears that at least on two occasions
the case was got adjourned on the prayer made by learned
counsel for the petitioner for filing supplementary affidavit. On
examination of the record it is evident that no supplementary
affidavit has been filed. Sri Ram Chandra Singh, learned A.P.P. is
present.
The petition stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
