The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 796 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the first information report yet the allegation of firing upon the informant is against co-accused Sukar Yadav, not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
