Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dhananjay Mishra except that there is nothing against him. It is further submitted that petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail and is in custody since 01.02.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
