JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 12-07-2016 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, same may be taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 447, 379, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is to have assaulted informant due to land dispute. There is also allegation of snatching Rs.500/- and Rs.6000/- by petitioners, namely, Pramod Sah and Pitambar Sah respectively. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have
