Heard and perused the record. The mistake appears bonafide typographical mistake and as such the order dated 07.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38686
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2508 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016
of 2015 relating to Murliganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 is modified to the extent that father’s name of petitioner no. 2 Kaushal Yadav be read as ‘Chandan Yadav’ in place of ‘Suken Yadav’.
In the result, this modification application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
