This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 114 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 147, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations made against these petitioners in the complaint case are purely civil in nature where the petitioner no. 1 is the vendee and petitioner no. 3 is the vendor of the transacted land. Petitioner no. 2 is the husband of petitioner no. 1.
