It is stated that the petitioner caught hold the deceased but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Chhotu Sharma, who shot fire upon the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and the alleged occurrence is alleged to have been place on account of land dispute.
