Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation after 50 days of the occurrence one Vikash Yadav was apprehended by the Police, who gave his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner and his other associates having hand in the occurrence, except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner
to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 01.02.2016.
