The petitioner being the co-villager of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341, 324, 307 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basis accusation is of torture and

making assault. It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner along with others pressurized the informant for fulfillment of the dowry demand and make assault to the informant side.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner pressurized the informant for fulfillment of the dowry

demand nor there is any injury report on the record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 619 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by learned court below on filing affidavit that the petitioner will not visit the house of the in-laws of the informant. The said affidavit will be transmitted by the learned court below to the concerned police station. If the petitioner violates the undertaking then the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
