Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners not only forcefully entered the house of the informant but also brutally assaulted causing ten injuries to him, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners is rejected.
