Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The defendants are the petitioners in this application and are aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the appellate court below affirming the order passed by the trial court directing the parties to maintain status quo and not to disturb others in any way to deprive any one from his lawful share in the suit property.
After considering the submissions and perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that the suit has been filed for partition by the plaintiffs and during the pendency of the suit, the plaintiffs prayed for injunction. Both the courts below have directed to maintain status quo as mentioned in detail in the impugned order. This Court, therefore, has not been persuaded to find that both the courts below have committed any error of jurisdiction or material irregularity in passing the impugned order.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
