Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the office note, wherein, the issue of maintainability of the present revision application has been raised.
The present revision application has been filed against the order passed by the learned court below which has rejected the plaint of Money Suit No. 9 of 2015. The office report has raised the defect of maintainability of revision application. On behalf of the petitioner, no reason could be assigned to hold this revision petition maintainable.
