Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to re-argue the entire matter before us. The point raised in the matter before us does not appear to have been canvassed by pressing the same before the Appellate Bench.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, no case is made out for
review of the order dated 26.08.2013.
The civil review application is, accordingly, dismissed.
