The application has been filed for initiating contempt against the opposite party for violation of the order dated 25.10.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18959 of 2011 by which the writ petition has been disposed off in terms of the directions given in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009. For alleged violation of the order passed in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009, the matter was taken up in M.J.C. No. 197 of 2013. The said case was heard analogous to other cases including M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012 as well as M.J.C. No. 872 of 2012, which have been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 21.10.2014.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains in the present application and accordingly the same stands dismissed.
