ORAL ORDER
2 07-01-2015 It is submitted that some error has crept in the order
dated 11 th July 2014 passed in CWJC No. 15223 of 2013 with
respect to details of land given in the order.
Let the details of the land relating to Khata No. 251,
survey plot no. 1322 area 0.24 decimals be treated to have been
deleted and in that place the following be treated to have been
incorporated “Khata No.121 plot no.1318, Thana No.167 area 12
decimals”.
The order is modified to that extent and this petition is
disposed of.
