issued in the news paper and in response to that seven candidates have submitted their applications and accordingly merit list has been prepared. Learned GP 9, appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 submits that in the light of the previous order, now writ petitioner Bibha Kumari is not working as Anganwari Sevika for the Anganwari Centre in question.
In view of the averments made in the present show cause and submissions made by learned GP 9, this Court is satisfied that no further action is required to be taken in the present proceeding. However, the respondent no.4 is hereby directed to conclude the aforesaid selection process within a period of one month from today.
The present MJC application stands finally disposed of with the aforesaid observations/directions.
