to the petitioner for the period commencing from 01.08.2009 to 11.03.2010 after deducting the extra amount paid to him. Further direction is that the balance amount and benefit of A.C.P. would also be given to the petitioner in accordance with rule and procedure. Thus, it is contended that the order of this Court has been fully complied.
However, since no one has appeared on behalf of the
petitioner, this application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
