Two show causes have been filed on behalf of the University giving details of calculations.

2 Prima facie, to the Court, it appears that the order of this Court have been substantially complied with. However, learned counsel for the petitioners is not very sanguine about the accounts.

3 In that view of the matter, these proceedings are terminated with an observation that in case any of the petitioners are aggrieved in any manner and they still have any amount to claim from the University, it would be open to them to make a detailed representation to the Registrar of the University and the Finance Officer who would

calculate the amount and pass a speaking order as soon as possible and communicate the same to the petitioners who may then take appropriate remedy in that regard. However, if any amount is found payable then it shall be the duty of the Registrar to ensure its payment immediately.
