It was indicated that due to illness, learned counsel for the petitioner had not come to the Court when the case stood dismissed due to non-prosecution. After hearing and considering the ground set-forth in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 8001 of 2007 be restored to its original file.
