After some argument, Mr. Mishra, the learned
counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this writ application with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate higher authority by filing petition for redressal of his grievances. The learned counsel for the respondent 3rd set is present and has raised no objection.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
If such petition is filed before the higher authority, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.
