| Counsel for the respondents submits that there was a ceiling proceeding against the private respondents and as some lands were surplus, it was distributed to the petitioners. However, being aggrieved the private respondents filed a writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.296 of 1978 which was allowed vide Annexure-3. He, thus, submits that the parcha was rightly cancelled. No one appears for the petitioners. This writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution. |
