Petitioner being a co-villager or co-resident of the village/village tola in question has filed this application for a direction to quash the order dated 03.03.2009 issued by the District Superintendent of Education, Buxar, changing the name of ‘Raghuvir Tola’ as ‘Achari dera’ Counsel for the State has submitted that on earlier occasion when the case was called out no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
