It is made clear that if any person or any petitioner does not want to cooperate or carry out the direction of the Court, he shall be dealt with in accordance with law by the Circle Officer. He will not be permitted to say that he was not given opportunity of hearing and he cannot hide behind the direction of the Court by one excuse or the other.
It is left open to the Circle Officer to fix yet another date, if necessary, or stagger the date, examine the documents, hear the parties and then do the needful with regard to removal of encroachment in question.
