It is the grievance of the petitioner that after the order dated 22.9.2010 was passed by the court of Sub Judge 8, Motihari in Title Suit No.303 of 2000, nothing has happened since then. If the above fact is correct then it is rather unfortunate that the court has slept over the matter after passing the order dated 22.9.2010 for almost five years now.

The Court directs that appropriate decision be taken and the suit taken to its logical end without further delay. The Court views such an act of the learned Sub Judge 8 dimly, if the above stated fact is correct.

Writ is disposed of with the above observation.
