3 10-12-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioners in support of the present writ petition though names of the learned counsel appearing on their behalf are printed in the daily cause list.
Learned State counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3, on the other hand, submits that in view of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 85 of 2011 by the respondent DCLR, Samastipur, whereby aforesaid proceeding has been dropped, the present writ petition has become infructuous. A photo copy of the aforesaid order dated 14.07.2015 has been produced by the learned State counsel. Let it be kept on the record.

From perusal of the aforesaid order dated 14.07.2015 it is apparent that the aforesaid proceeding has been dropped by the respondent DCLR, Samastipur with a liberty to the respondent no.4 to move the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.
In above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
