On 23.12.2014, time was taken by learned counsel for the petitioner to verify whether payment has been made to the petitioner in view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit that payment of full G.P.F amount with up-to-date interest has been made in the year 2010 itself.
Since neither counsel for the petitioner appears nor there is any rejoinder to the counter affidavit, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands
