On 15.12.2011, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the case was adjourned for one week for filing rejoinder to the counter affidavit. Thereafter, on 20.11.2014 by order on the Interlocutory Application No. 8057 of 2014 the writ petitioner having died on 10.07.2014, was substituted by his heirs.
The stand in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is that all admitted dues of the petitioners, as claimed in the writ petition, have either been paid or rejected.
In view of the fact that neither rejoinder has been filed to the said counter affidavit nor anybody is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the Court can only presume that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the matter.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
