dated 19.6.2013, whereby he has been put under suspension, but
during the pendency of this writ application, he has been awarded
punishment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this
writ application with liberty to challenge the order of punishment
before an appropriate forum.
This writ application is permitted to be withdrawn.
