Mr. Prasoon Sinha has produced an order passed by the Town Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation whereby orders have been issued in the light of the grievance raised by the petitioner in respect of issuance of a certificate under Section 21(4) of the Bihar Apartment Ownership Act, 2006 for ex parte registration of the document.

It is submitted that pursuant to the order of the Town Commissioner bearing No. 247 dated 16.1.2015 that orders have been issued by the Executive Officer to the District Sub-Registrar on 17.1.2015 for registry of the document as well as a letter has also been issued to the petitioners for obtaining a no objection certificate after payment of the requisite fee. The copy of the said order has been produced by Mr. Prasoon Sinha. Let it be kept on record.

In view of the order so passed and taken note of hereinabove, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
