The scrutiny of the answer sheet of the various papers have already been carried out and the position declared as would be evident from Annexure-6 itself. The stand of the Examination Board is that there is no provision for any scrutiny or re-totaling in presence of a candidate, therefore, the pressure or the request for such a deliberation and exercise is uncalled for.
That be the position, writ application is dismissed.
