It appears from order dated 28.04.1999 that parties were in agreement that the matter in relation of their right, title and interest is pending in First Appeal No. 253/1992 before this Court. Office reports that the said First Appeal was disposed of on 02.05.2001.
In that view of the matter, the First Appeal having been decided, it could only be appropriate that the judgment of this Court would prevail and decide the right, title and interest of the parties for the properties in question.
This writ application is, thus, become infructuous and disposed of, as such.
