No.720 of 2000 (Trial No.451 of 2003).
It appears that the Petitioner has already served out the entire sentence. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Hence, the revision application is dismissed. However, in the interest of justice the fine is hereby condoned.
