02	07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
	Vide composite order dated 05.08.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.35652 of 2013 with Criminal Miscellaneous No.39416 of 2013, petitioner was released on provisional bail for a period of six months, during midst thereof, as per undertaking, was expected to deposit a sum of Rs.4,55,700/-.
	From the order of the learned lower Court dated 04.02.2015 (Annexure-2), discloses deposit of Rs.4,55,700/- at the end of the petitioner. Consequent thereupon, the provisional bail, so granted under Criminal Miscellaneous No.35652 of 2013 with Criminal Miscellaneous No.39416 of 2013, in relation to Bhagwan Bazar P. S. Case no.193 of 2012, presently pending before the Court of Mr. D. D. Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate,
	1stClass, Saran at Chapra is hereby confirmed.
