She has also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Brajesh Yadav, Awadha Yadav, Munna Yadav and Santu Yadav, have been granted regular bail by

In view of the submissions made above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.32 of 2004.
