On account of kidnapping of Seema Devi, her mother Rani Devi had filed written report wherein she had alleged against these two petitioners to have abetted the offence in getting her daughter slipped by Md. Chand. From the statement of the victim, it is apparent that apart from being a major, she on her own volunteered with Md. Chand and got married with him. She had ruled out presence of these two petitioners during the episode.

Accordingly, petitioners Dingo Kumar @ Dingo Thakur and Md. Salim each are directed to be released on bail on

S. Case no.244 of 2014, in event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks subject to condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
