2 02-03-2015 Heard both sides.
Petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302/34 IPC and
sections l3(2)(v)(x) of the S.C.S.T. Act.
The informant named the petitioners along with other accused
persons and alleged that all the accused persons caught the mother of the
informant and Sunil assaulted on her head with spade, who died.
It appears that the only allegation against the petitioners is that
they caught the mother of the informant. Petitioners are in jail since 7.8.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above,
are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with
Bihta P.S.Case No.498 of 2014.
