In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.
Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 22.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 778(C) of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.
From henceforth, the amount of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) per month to be deposited by the Petitioner in the Court below in favour of the Complainant.
The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
