The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the allegations submits that the complaint of the informant is that on the assurance of a better job and at a higher salary that they were persuaded to go to Dubai by these petitioners but they were given a very low salary, resulting in a case filed in the Labour Court at Dubai followed by returned to India.
