Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as

learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There happens to be specific allegation at the end of informant Rekha Devi / deceased that in the background of nonfulfilment of persistent demand of dowry just after marriage which solemnized only about eight months ago, these two petitioners sprinkled K. Oil and then her husband lit fire on account of which she sustained burn injury. She was kept confined for two days and then thereafter, was taken to Bihar Hospital. Subsequently thereof, she was taken to NMCH where her fardbeyan was recorded. The postmortem report apart from specifying the other parts of body sustained burn injury, also discloses the same regarding sole of feet and that speaks otherwise. More particularly these two petitioners happens to be the attesting witnesses over fardbeyan including others which, after death of informant has become dying declaration.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I

do not see that petitioners deserve bail accordingly, prayer for bail
