This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.243 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27(b)(ii), 27(d) and 28A of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

the grocery shop, run by them, certain cough syrups were recovered during raid, conducted by the Drug Inspector. The petitioners are in custody since

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioners, this application is allowed. The petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.243 of 2015 (G.R. No.2538 of 2015) .

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required, and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court, on two consecutive occasions, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
